One of Captain Price’s favorite styles of fishing because you never know what you’ll catch. With this method an electric reel is used with a multiple hook rig fishing in depths ranging from 400-2000ft of water. You can expect to regularly catch 5 different species of snapper that grow in excess of 20lbs. These species include Silky, Button, Black, Queen, and Yellow-Eye Snapper. Queen and Yellow-Eye being the biggest of the species.
You can also expect to encounter 5 species of grouper with two exceeding 100lb potential. Grouper species include: Yellow Edge, Warsaw, Banded Mystic, Wreck, and Snowy Grouper. Wreck and Banded Mystic are the qualifiers for the 100 lb. club.
By-catch includes multiple species of sharks, amberjacks, escolar, and occasional unidentified species.
