Kingfish Charters

Kingfish can be caught year round but are most effectively caught during the summer months using live bait.  The fish average 10lbs with fish caught occasionally on the beach over 40lbs.  These fish make impressive runs and often launch 10-15ft in the air during the initial bite.  Kingfish are good table fair and commonly turned into smoked fish or fish dip by our clients.  Plenty of rod bending action occurs along with calm waters during the summer months.  This is an excellent time of year to get the kids involved.  By-catches include Cobia, Dolphin, Sailfish, Shark, Barracuda, and Bonito.
